P2P Logistics Services for University Transcripts - RGUHS Bangalore Transcripts Procedure February 22 2017, 1 Comment

Here is the procedure for Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences RGUHS transcripts 


  • Download the RGUHS transcripts application form here 
  • Fill up the application form (1) Your name as per the degree certificate (2) Gender (3) Register number as in the mark sheet (4) Course and year of passing (5) College where you completed the course (6) Your current postal address. Put in your currrent mobile number, place and current date and your signature.
  • Take xerox copies of all mark sheets, degree certificate, internship certificate as many sets as required for transcripts
  • Go to RGUHS office in Jayanagar 4th T Block and there is a bank branch at the back side of campus State Bank of Mysore
  • Fill up the application form and Pay Rs.1000 per set of transcripts as the fee and challan
  • Submit the application packet with the challan, xerox copies of all the mark sheets to the ground floor
  • After one week collect the transcripts from the 3rd floor registrar office
