Here is the transcripts application procedure for Calicut University transcripts

1) Download the applicaton form from this link and fill it up, placing your siganature:

2) Pay at the cash counter, University fee and incidentals of Rs.1500 for each marks sheet.

Search fee:

if the course completion is between 1 to 3 years then Rs.200

if the course completion >3 years and <10 years is Rs.400

if course completion >=10 years is Rs.750

3) Attach a xerox copy of all marks sheets and degree certificate


4) Attach a copy of the request letter from the receiving institution

Please note University of Calicut directly sends the transcripts to the recipient institution by Speed Post. In the shipping address provide the recipient institution address. If you are sending to World Education Services then WES reference number is to be mandatorily provided.

It will take 4 weeks to get the transcripts.
