1. Take xerox copy of mark sheets and degree certificate

2. Take notarized copy of SSLC or 12th standard mark memos

3. Collect an application form from the enquiry office and fill it up

4. All BTech applicants need to fill in a MS word transcripts format document and submit in CD format
